AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT WHERE FINE DINING AND MAGIC COME TOGETHER

As the sky shifts from daylight to soft hues of pink and orange before deepening into violet, the coastline slowly fades, and you enter a world illuminated by firelight and jungle shadow. The voyage across the bay often brings an added gift: the majestic silhouettes of humpback whales rising on the horizon—an early prelude to a celebration of the Mexican Pacific and its richness.

Upon arrival, the warm glow of candlelit tables beside the ocean—beneath a canopy of stars and swaying palms—welcomes you into a culinary experience conceived by Paco Ruano of Alcalde, recognized among the Top 50 Best Restaurants in the World. His cuisine is an ode to the Mexican Pacific, rooted in ancestral flavors and reimagined through contemporary technique, with a deep respect for locally sourced ingredients.

The three-course dinner, crafted with utmost artistry, presents a refined selection of gourmet dishes made with the freshest ingredients from both land and sea, thoughtfully sourced from local producers and coastal waters. Beautifully conceived plant-based options are also featured. Unlimited champagne and fine wines accompany each course with gentle elegance, while soft live music drifts through the night like tide and breeze.

After dinner, the night transitions into ALMA—a world-class performance created by Mukhtar Mukhtar, with scenography by Academy Award–winner Eugenio Caballero. Dancers, acrobats, and live percussion evoke the mythic guardians of the rainforest, tracing the invisible threads that connect land, spirit, and memory.

As a Premier guest, your evening flows seamlessly—from preferential boarding to your seafront table, to an intimate connection with both the artists and the land itself.

The Gastronomic Journey of ALMA is an immersive experience that leaves you in awe: a celebration of the Mexican Pacific brought to life through Puerto Vallarta fine dining and performance artistry, set against nature’s most extraordinary stage.
